Returns Policy

We only sell products imported by the official brand distributor so all of our products advertised carry their full manufacturer’s warranty. We do not sell grey imports. All defective products under warranty are sent to the manufacturer or official service agent for repair or replacement. We will not be obliged to honour a product warranty if the product has been physically damaged, struck by lightning, installed incorrectly or subjected to abuse in any way.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) 
If your products have been damaged en-route or if they are DOA (dead-on-arrival), please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for the collection of the goods. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check the products and advise us if you feel there is any fault or damage. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS MUST BE DECLARED WITHIN 48-HOURS. As soon as we receive the item and it has been tested to confirm the fault, the product will either be repaired and returned or a replacement will be sent (dependant on the manufacturer’s policy).

14-Day Fetch-Repair-Return Service 
For all products that become faulty within 14-days of purchase, WebAntics Online has a FETCH-REPAIR-RETURN policy in place. We will cover the cost of collecting it back from you, returning it back to the Manufacturer or Service Agent for repair or replacement and then returning your product back to you. We advise you to double and triple check that the product is indeed faulty as any costs incurred on returning a product that is fault-free will be for your account. Outside of the 14-day period, our Customer Services staff can either arrange the FETCH-REPAIR-RETURN for you for a nominal fee or we can assist you with the relevant information to take in your product yourself. Please note that we cannot guarantee any data or information will not be lost when a product is sent in for repair. It is your responsibility to ensure necessary back-ups are done before returning a PC, Laptop, hard drive etc.

Goods that do not meet your Expectations 
Should a product not meet your expectations or not match the description on the website, you have 2 working days, from the date of delivery of the product/s, to cancel an order by returning the product/s, undamaged in any manner, together with all packing materials and documentation to WebAntics Online or its authorised agents.

The provisions of this agreement relating to the return of goods and cancellation of any agreement to provide services shall not apply if:

  • the product/s are personalised or made to the customer’s specifications
  • the product/s are perishable or will expire rapidly
  • the product/s have been ordered from the manufacturer at the request of the customer
  • the sale consists of ink, toner, hard drives, software or media in whatever form
  • the product/s is/are damaged in any manner or no longer in their original state of receipt
  • the product/s is/are not in its original packaging - the product/s has/have been activated or any setup/registration/licensing has taken place
  • the products by reason of their nature cannot be returned
  • audio, video recordings or any form of computer software are either used or if supplied other than in digital form, if the seal on the storage media is broken
  • A handling fee may be charged for fault-free products that are returned, subject to the discretion of WebAntics Online and/or its authorized distributor or agents
  • WebAntics Online is not obliged to accept the return of any goods
  • WebAntics Online reserves the right to issue a credit note for returned goods and is not obliged to refund the client for returned goods
